Online Purchases and Refunds
If you receive your order and you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you have 30 Days from the date you have received your products to make contact with us via email on online@dollarsense.com.au
Customers must cover the cost of return shipping and any subsequent packing material. Should you require Dollars and Sense to take care of the return shipping, you will be contacted by email from a Customer Service Representative outlining the day of collection, and the cost of return shipping. This return and original shipping fee will then be deducted from your purchase refund should you wish to proceed.
This refund policy only covers unopened and unused items. Goods must be sent back in original condition, inside the original packaging with internal and external tags still attached. Proof of Purchase must be supplied when returning goods. All refunds will then be processed to the original account of payment once Dollars and Sense have received all goods.
Returns can also be completed at your local Dollars and Sense store for online purchases, however refunds will be completed externally rather than in store.
