If your purchase does not match the description, is not of acceptable quality, then you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law and we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange within 28 days of the date of purchase.
You will NEED to provide your receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.
Change of Mind
We regret that we cannot provide a refund(s) if you Simply change your mind.
Exchanges and Returns
All Exchanges or swap must be of the same amount as that of the purchase amount or more. We do not provide uneven exchange refund (lesser value than the original purchase)
Exchange and Refunds are not available for the following categories (Unless faulty):
• Undergarments / Hosiery / Clothing
• Beauty Products / Cosmetics
• Balloon inflation
Mode of Payment for refunds
All refunds will be processed in the same mode of payment that was used to purchase the item. All refunds and exchanges can be processed only at the Store location where the purchase was originally made.
